Thinking Pinoy cried praising Leni Robredo underappreciated contributions to COVID-19 crisis

The notoriously hardcore Duterte fanatic Thinking Pinoy or better known by his real name RJ Nieto were seen crying in social-media praising Leni Robredo’s achievements and contributions during the COVID-19 crisis.

The said video surfaced online when Thinking Pinoy aired his concerns about Koko Pimentel’s alleged violation of the government’s quarantine protocols after he reportedly entered the hospital premises despite having been told to stay at home and self-quarantine due as he is infected by the deadly pathogen.

Nieto praised Leni Robredo’s efforts in asking many prominent fashion-designers to formulate a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for medical front-liners and volunteers due to its apparent shortage.

As you know, Leni Robredo has also been very active in urging the private sector in pitching in whatever support they can give to solve the supply and logistical challenges for the medical frontliners.

Leni Robredo has rallied the people to donate more than 30 MILLION pesos and more than 65,896 PPE equipment distributed to all hospitals and medical centers around the country.

As you know, Robredo being the Vice President of the country isn’t obligated to do all of these in the first place. Given that she has absolutely no ”cabinet position” under the Duterte government. She could have opted to stay put and let the Duterte government handle all of this.

Bear in mind that the only constitutional duty of a Vice President is to ensure the line of succession if in case the President is deceased or deemed unfit to do his duty.

But she did so with faith, enthusiasm and a sense of moral obligation to lend a helping hand and use her voice to support the needs of our countrymen.
