In a stark revelation of the documents acquired from BuCor on who’s who wrongfully availed the GCTA included not less than the plunder convicted Janeth Lim Napoles who since the time of Gloria funnelled tax-payer money through bogus NGO’s. However, as it appeared pretty obvious that since her chances of availing GCTA won’t hold up if the Napoles will be enlisted under plunder charges so the said BuCor officials added her in the list under ”Rape” charges.
Worth nothing as well is that Napoles were supposed to be serving more than 40 years in prison upon her conviction in 2018 so technically she should not have been freed nor allowed to take advantage of GCTA at a very short amount of time. So it seems that ”Freedom For Sale” scheme under Faeldon with the express knowledge of Senator Bato Dela Rosa and the President who says that he still Faeldon despite what happened is an indication that he is completely aware of this scheme and condones or if not even protects the perpetrators that were allied or close to him.
“There is an attempt to release as many people as they can, including Napoles,” – Gordon
Napoles was sentenced to life in prison by the Sandiganbayan in relation to the priority development assistance fund (PDAF) scam plunder cases of Sen. Bong Revilla, and former senators Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile.
According to BuCor data reviewed by the ABS-CBN Investigative and Research Group, names on the GCTA list and some prison numbers were even wrong.
Justice and Interior officials of Thursday will also submit to their department heads a draft of the revised implementing rules and regulations (IRR) for the law, following a 2-week review and suspension of GCTA applications.
BuCor people reasoned that it may have been another person with the same name as ‘Janet Napoles’ however her name is listed as No. 275 and with prison number N211P-2332 on the document, which is not her real prison number. The “N” means that she was admitted to the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa in 2011 (“211”). Her convictions were in 2015 and 2018.
But the NBP is only for male convicts. So is there really a male person in the NBP with a name ‘Janet Napoles’?
